Our August 2015 cover model is Stephanie from Grain Valley, Missouri. She is a makeup artist and project manager, and told us her ambitions include making music for video games, owning a Holistic/Med Spa, and doing makeup for New York Fashion Week. Stephanie’s hobbies include makeup artistry, writing, singing, playing music, dancing, and yoga.

When asked about turn-ons, she said “A sense of humor, being genuine, having chivalry, being mysterious, and having an open mind.” On the flipside, Stephanie told us that arrogance and dishonesty, as well as trying to be someone you’re not are a huge turnoff. She also admitted that she’s a sucker for long hair, random adventures, curry, and intelligent minds.

When asked about the smartest thing she’s ever done, Stephanie said “Pursuing my passions and seeing the fruit of my labor.” As far as the most stupid thing she’s ever done, Stephanie said “Everything is a learning experience, therefore, nothing you do or that happens is considered stupid to me. When asked to describe her personality, she said “Passionate, outgoing and adventurous.” Stephanie has been told that her best attributes are her eyes and her laugh.

Just for fun, we asked Stephanie to share some of her favorite things with our readers:

Favorite color: Black.

Favorite food: Thai, and Mediterranean.

Favorite drink: (non-alcoholic): Iced coffee.

Favorite drink: (alcoholic): Vodka & soda.

Favorite restaurant: Oklahoma Joe’s.

Favorite actor: Johnny Depp.

Favorite actress: Natalie Portman.

Favorite TV shows: Game of Thrones and True Detective.

Favorite movie: It’s very difficult to pin down to just one, so my top three are Stargate, The Lost Boys and Interview with the Vampire.

Favorite band/artist: The Birthday Massacre.

Favorite song: Impossible to have just one!

Do you have pets? Not anymore. I just recently lost my cat that I’ve had for about 8 years, so I’m taking a break with pets for now.

Do you ride? Of course! I don’t currently have one of my own, but I make a great passenger!

Do you own your own bike? No, but I will someday.

What is your dream bike? A murdered out Harley-Davidson Sportster 883 Low/Iron.

What is your most memorable riding experience? It took place when I was visiting Texas for a promotional modeling gig that a band there had hired us for. After the event was over, a few guys pulled out their hot as fire motorcycles. I was still in my costume from the event, which was all made out of recycled plastic and foil. I basically looked like a gladiator from Mars. One looked back and said “Well, you coming for a ride?” Without hesitation, I hopped on in my ridiculous foil and plastic gladiator garb, and we sped off. We ended up riding until the sun came up, and then stopped by a haunted bridge before heading back. Definitely the most exciting, spontaneous and adventurous riding experience to date.

What is your least memorable riding experience? A friend and I had gone to an event about 35 minutes away from home, when out of nowhere, a massive storm blew in and trapped us indoors until the bar closed down. When I say massive storm, it was a torrential downpour. The electricity even went out a few times. Needless to say, we ended up having to ride all the way back in that madness. I’ll leave that for a “never again if possible” experience!

Do you prefer riding in a group or by yourself? Riding in groups is always fun, especially at night. Maybe watching the movie “The Lost Boys” has rubbed off on me a little bit.

Who is your closest riding buddy? Brandon Engle!

What is your favorite bike night location? Hurricane Allies, it’s always packed and always a good time!

Tell us about your tattoos. I have five, and most are smaller ones. I have two on the inside of my inner forearm, and two on back. My favorite is a traditional Japanese tiger that covers the entire right side of my ribcage.

Do you have a favorite tattoo artist? Yes. Mark Galloway from Mercy Seat. He is extremely skilled and usually booked a year out. He tattooed my side piece, and I still look at it sometimes and think, “Wow, I’m still so in love with this.”

Is there anything else you’d like to share with our readers? Sure. I grew up on a ranch in the heart of the mountains in Colorado. I love all forms of wildlife, being outdoors, and hiking. A lot of people wouldn’t gather that about me because sometimes with being a model, all you see is the glam and glitter and assume that’s all they’re about. Don’t get me wrong, I like to hike, but you better believe I’ll be wearing heels!

Thank you Stephanie, for doing such a great job on your Cycle Connections cover shoot!
