Riding by Faith for "LuLu"

Written by  July 1, 2019

On a beautiful Saturday morning on the 1st of June, riders rolled into the Eden Westside Baptist Church in Pell City, Alabama in support of a little princess named Laie ("LuLu") Harding.

LuLu is a bright, sweet, full of life little 6 year old princess who at the early age of only 3, was diagnosed with stage 4 Neuroblastoma and since 2016 has had to make many trips in & out of Children's hospital and even traveling out of state for treatments. All of this, quite naturally has put a strain on the family, emotionally and financially, hence the reason for this ride; a chance for the biker community to step in and show their love and support for this precious little girl, and hopefully "LuLu and her family will be joining us in September for the Zoo Run Safari for Children's ride to the Zoo. We really enjoyed meeting her and her wonderful family today and look forward to getting to know them even better in the future.

Princess "LuLu" had the biggest smile on her face as she rolled into Rider's H.D on the back of Chad McCain's bike, so that look just told the whole story of how much fun she was having being a biker chic and how much she was enjoying the day. We all did as well "LuLu".

The “Regulators” and the “Faith Rider’s” on behalf of the Harding family organized this ride, which is where 100% of the proceeds from this event went.

The ride registered and left from Eden Westside Baptist Church and took a very scenic ride through the countryside for a journey over to Rider's Harley-Davidson in Trussville.

The family was at registration to greet the bikers and thank them all for coming, I'm sure they felt that "Biker Family" Love, they would also follow the ride and join everyone for a few door prizes and some lunch from the Southland BBQ truck that was already there sitting in wait for them to arrive.
