Our August 2011 cover model is Ashley from Warrensburg, Missouri, and was the winner of our Cover Model Search at Russo’s Pizza in Lee’s Summit, Missouri.

Ashley is a bartender, and when asked about her hobbies, she said “I love, love, love to cook. It’s relaxing to drink wine while I come up with my culinary masterpiece! Other hobbies include shooting guns and bow hunting. That's right…bow hunting. I got my first bow a year ago, so awesome!”

Turn-ons include guys who are able to work on cars and bikes, tattoos (not done by a cell mate), and candlelight. Ashley also told us that guys who act too touch are a turnoff. She also admits that she’s a sucker “Mohawks! Not one of those over the top screaming for attention hawks, but a normal one. I'm also a sucker for hot red heads, guys in glasses, and pilots.”

Ashley describes her personality as “Adventurous, friendly, and independent.” She is told that her best attribute is “My brutal honesty, or my behind. That's debatable!
Just for fun, we asked Ashley to share some of her favorite things with our readers:

Favorite color: Purple, but oddly enough, I don't wear much purple.
Favorite food: Tai and Vietnamese, without a doubt! I love all the spices and extreme flavor. I’m a huge fan of sushi as well.

Favorite restaurant: Rolando’s in Fort Smith, Arkansas. It’s Ecuadorian food, and it’s unbelievable!

Favorite actor: Bill Murray. The guy's a riot!

Favorite actress: Sandra Bullock. She's smart, talented, and smokin' hot!.
Favorite TV show: Californication.
Favorite movie: It’s impossible to pick only one, so here's a few: The Jerk, Tombstone, Reservoir Dogs, Wet Hot American Summer, and Walk Hard.
Favorite band: Volbeat. I'm obsessed. They're from Denmark, and they're heavily influenced by Metallica, and even Johnny Cash. They've got a different sound and I think that's part of the appeal.
Favorite song: Alienized by Volbeat.
Do you have pets: Yes. I have a black lab named Buster and a pit bull named Stewie.
Do you ride? I'm a beginner.
Do you own your own bike, and what do you like most about it? Yes. I have a '75 Kawasaki 445. What I like most about it is that it was free! Actually, I really like that it’s an old bike, and it’s perfect since I'm a beginner rider. I wouldn't want something new and shiny for my first bike. This one I wouldn't get upset over laying her down while I'm learning to ride. She sits low to the ground and doesn't weigh a whole lot, so it works for now.
What is your most memorable riding experience and why? Riding with my favorite person in the world on his Triumph in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. It’s so beautiful down there, and the town is biker-friendly. Lots and lots of curvy roads!
Which motorcycle rallies and events have you attended: Bikes, Blues, & BBQ in Fayetteville, Arkansas. We ride to Eureka Springs and it’s so pretty. Lots of people come out and everyone is there for a good time!

Tell us about your tattoos? I have one on each ankle in Cherokee, a swallow on my lower stomach, orchids on my ribcage, a cross, crown, and some lettering on my left arm, and a unicorn head between my shoulders. My twin sister and another sister have the same one.
Do you have a favorite tattoo artist: Yes. That would have to be Chrissie at True Grit Tattoo in Fort Smith, Arkansas. There are so many great tattoo artists out there, but I'm glad I found her. I couldn't get tattooed by anybody else.

Do you prefer riding in a group or by yourself? I would prefer to ride by myself or with one other person, although it’s probably safer to ride with other people. Then jerks that don't pay attention to bikers see you better!

Thanks for the interview Ashley.
