Our December 2013 cover bike is owned by Toney “Peanut Butter Swirl” Hollinger III, and his 2011 Harley-Davidson Road Glide Ultra took first place at our Cover Bike Search on Thursday, September 12, 2013 at Blue Springs Harley-Davidson in Blue Springs, Missouri. We had a great time shooting Cover Model Search winner Ty on Toney’s bike for this month’s cover.

CC: Toney, what is your occupation?
Toney: I’m a carpenter.

CC:What are your hobbies?
Toney: Cars and artistry.

CC:Why do you ride?
Toney: I love the freedom.

CC:How long have you been riding?
Toney: Since I was 10 years old.

CC:What was your first bike?
Toney: It was a Honda CB360T, and I was so proud of it too.

CC:How many bikes have you owned?
Toney: I’ve owned 11 bikes.

CC:How many bikes do you currently own?
Toney: I currently have two bikes. Christine, a 1983 Honda CB100 F Super Sport, and a 1996 Yamaha Banshee 350 Twin ATV with large chrome wheels.

CC: What do you like most about your Road Glide?
Toney: It’s mine, and everybody likes it!

CC: What is your dream bike?
Toney: I have it!

CC: What is your most memorable riding experience?
Toney: There have been so many, but it would probably be having my sister Annette ride with me.

CC: What is your least memorable riding experience?
Toney: Thankfully, I don’t really have one.

CC: Which motorcycle rallies & events have you attended, and which is your favorite?
Toney: Lots, but my favorite is the National Bike Roundup, where people get to see my bike and my work.

CC: Do you have a favorite bike night location?
Toney: Yes. The Kawboys MC at 59th and Prospect in Kansas City, Missouri.

CC: Do you prefer riding in a group or by yourself?
Toney: Groups are cool, but I like riding solo.

CC: Who are some of your closest riding buddies?
Toney: Rainbow, Creeper, and Mike Boles.

CC: Is there anything else you’d like to share with our readers?
Toney: Live to ride, ride to live, and be safe!
